I’m looking for an accountant to take care of everything for me. Do you provide that service or do you only offer accounting software?

All accounting services are provided by EOACC Ltd. BeanBalance is the software package used by EOACC Ltd to be able to provide their services in the most cost efficient way possible. We can customise your service to your exact specification. So to answer the questions, yes, we can take care of everything for you if that is what you require.

Why use BeanBalance software, and not Sage or QuickBooks?

BeanBalance was specifically created for contractors and small businesses. It’s easy to use and understand, and you don’t need any accounting experience. Accounting software packages like Sage and QuickBooks were developed for accountants, or people with an accounting background. This is total overkill for contractors.

You say the software is free, but you also have paid packages. So when is it free and when do you pay?

The software is always free. If you’re able to do your own accounting you can sign up for free and use the software without ever paying a monthly fee.

The monthly accounting packages are for contractors who require accounting services. If you’re not able to do your own accounting you can either sign up to a monthly package, or you can request pay-as-you-go services whereby you only pay for the bookkeeping or accounting work you want done.

I need to incorporate a limited company, do you provide this service?

Yes we do. You can click here to incorporate a limited company (£13.50). After your company is incorporated you can use the BeanBalance software for free, or you can sign up for a monthly accounting package.

I want to move to BeanBalance but I’m with a different accountant at the moment. What should I do?

We can import your current limited company to BeanBalance for you. It would be best to give us a call, or request a call-back. We’ll assess your situation and take it from there.
