Below are some of the most popular monthly accounting packages offered on BeanBalance. We also offer packages that can be customised for your specific situation. If you do not find a package that suits your needs, please feel free to request a call-back by entering your number on the right.
Monthly RTI (Real Time Information) submissions for up to 3 monthly paid employees. PAYE and NI will be calculated automatically and payment instructions will be provided through the BeanBalance Timeline. Additional employees will be charged at £5 plus VAT per employee per Payslip.
We will complete, submit and pay the £13 Confirmation Statement fee to HMRC before your annual return due date. This filing is required by law on an annual basis.
Software related ‘how to’ questions. For instance: "How do I allocate a transaction to two or more different categories?" , or, "How do I capture opening balances?"
Software support does not include accounting advice or bookkeeping services. For instance: "To what category should I allocate this specific transaction?" or, "To what account should I capture unpaid invoices?”, or, “Is this a valid business expense?"
Transaction allocation is the process whereby we give you guidance and advice, and you log and allocate your transactions on BeanBalance. We will assist you in allocating your transactions for up to 1 hour per month. This should be sufficient for up to 30 transactions per month.
We do not log or allocate your transaction for you. If you want us to log and/or allocate your transactions for you, please see our ‘Shoebox Bookkeeping’ service.
This will allow you to use our office as your company’s registered office address. Mail from HMRC, Companies House and your bank will be scanned, emailed to the Director and filed. Only the first 10 mail items from suppliers and customers will be scanned, emailed and filed. If you receive more mail from suppliers or customers please contact us for an alternative quote.
We will make sure your VAT settings are correct and that there are no obvious errors on your VAT return. We will submit your VAT return online to HMRC before the due date.
The Shoebox Bookkeeping service allows you to post all your receipts and invoices to us so we can record it for you on BeanBalance. You only need to upload your bank statements to BeanBalance and post us copies of all the supporting documents, receipts and invoices. We will allocate up to 100 transactions per month on your behalf.
We will draw up your annual financial statements, complete and submit your Corporation Tax return (CT600) and file abbreviated accounts to Companies House based on the information you supplied on BeanBalance. The quoted price is for an annual turnover of up to £100 000.
This fee does not include the allocation of transactions. Transaction allocation will be charged at £25 plus VAT per hour, except if you’re subscribed to the ‘Gold package’. Please see ‘Shoebox Bookkeeping’ for more information. We require that you have been signed up to a monthly package for the entire 12 month period covering the financials that need to be drawn up, in the event that this is not the case please contact us to discuss further.
Closure financial statements are included in the Bronze, Silver and Gold packages. Your monthly subscription fee will be cancelled as soon as the final cessation accounts have been signed and all outstanding taxes have been paid.
You can cancel your monthly accounting package at any time. There is no notice period. You will still have full access to BeanBalance and all of your company information. You will effectively switch to the ‘Free’ package.
